Description

Golden baked biscuit bombs stuffed with shredded buffalo chicken, creamy ranch, and melty cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Perfect as a crowd-pleasing appetizer, game day snack, or comforting weeknight treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked and finely shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  3. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle using your hands.
  4. Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture into the center of each dough circle. Fold edges up and pinch tightly to seal, then place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter immediately after removing from oven.
  7. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm with additional ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

  • Seal the dough tightly to prevent filling from leaking during baking.
  • Do not overfill the biscuits to ensure even cooking.
  • Rotate the baking sheet halfway through baking for even browning.
  • Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting and texture.
