Scale
- 2 cups cooked and finely shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle using your hands.
- Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture into the center of each dough circle. Fold edges up and pinch tightly to seal, then place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Brush tops with melted butter immediately after removing from oven.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve warm with additional ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
- Seal the dough tightly to prevent filling from leaking during baking.
- Do not overfill the biscuits to ensure even cooking.
- Rotate the baking sheet halfway through baking for even browning.
- Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting and texture.
