Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange mini pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Place one soft caramel on top of each pretzel.
- Bake for 5–6 minutes until caramels are softened but not fully melted.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into each caramel center.
- Sprinkle with coarse sea salt while chocolate is still soft.
- Let cool completely until chocolate is set before serving or storing.
