Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
- For the brownie layer, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, then stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer. Drizzle caramel on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle extra caramel before serving.
