Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
  2. For the brownie layer, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, then stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
