- 1.5 pounds Baby Potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread potatoes cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Press extra parmesan mix onto the tops of the potatoes.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
