Description

Buffalo Wing Bites are a delicious appetizer made with shredded chicken, cheese, and zesty buffalo sauce baked on mini rye bread slices. They’re cheesy, spicy, and perfect for game day, parties, or as a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix, divided
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, optional
  • 1-1/4 cups finely chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1-1/4 cups shredded cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, Parmesan cheese, half of the ranch mix, and blue cheese if using. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine chicken, cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, and remaining ranch mix.
  4. Unroll pizza crust and cut into small squares or circles to form bite-sized bases. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Top each crust piece with the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Brush edges lightly with melted butter before serving.
  8. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

  • Adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
  • These can be prepped ahead of time and baked right before serving.
