- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely sliced
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a bundt or loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, both cheeses, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions.
- Cut the biscuit dough into small chunks and toss them with the chicken mixture until evenly coated.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing gently to pack.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for 5–10 minutes, then turn out onto a serving plate.
- Serve warm and enjoy every cheesy, spicy bite!
