Description

Buffalo Chicken Pull-Apart Bread is a cheesy, spicy, and irresistibly gooey appetizer or snack that’s perfect for parties and game nights. Every bite is packed with tender chicken, melted cheese, and bold buffalo flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a bundt or loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, both cheeses, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into small chunks and toss them with the chicken mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing gently to pack.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool for 5–10 minutes, then turn out onto a serving plate.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy every cheesy, spicy bite!

Notes

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for better melt and flavor.
  • To make it spicier, add diced jalapeños or hot pepper flakes.
  • Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
