- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and allow it to fully heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Lightly brush a baking sheet or pizza stone with olive oil.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the prepared baking surface.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle ranch dressing over the top, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
