Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and allow it to fully heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Lightly brush a baking sheet or pizza stone with olive oil.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the prepared baking surface.
  5. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, drizzle ranch dressing over the top, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
