- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley or chives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until creamy.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center, fold the dough around it, and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
