Description

This easy Blender Lemon Pie combines creamy, zesty lemon filling with a crunchy graham cracker crust — all whipped up effortlessly in a blender. It’s tangy, sweet, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Pour the lemon filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 22–25 minutes, until center is just set.
  6. Let the pie cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Optional: garnish with powdered sugar or lemon slices before serving.
