- 2 oz hot espresso (or 3 oz if using strongly brewed coffee)
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (2% or whole dairy milk recommended; alternatives below)
- Whipped cream, for topping
- 1 tablespoon cookie butter, melted for drizzling
Instructions
- Brew 2 oz of espresso or 3 oz of strongly brewed coffee.
- In a small saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until warm and frothy. Alternatively, use a milk frother.
- Stir 2 tablespoons of cookie butter into the hot espresso until fully dissolved.
- Pour the frothed milk into the espresso-cookie butter mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle melted cookie butter over the whipped cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your indulgent latte.

- Non-dairy milk alternatives like almond, oat, or soy milk can be used.
