Ingredients

			- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add nut butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Stir in protein powder, oats, chia seeds, salt, and chopped nuts. Combine until well mixed.
- Line a plate or tray with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Place the balls on the tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Enjoy chilled or store for later!
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
- Chill the mixture before rolling for easier handling.
- Customize with mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut.
