Description

Juicy chicken baked in a rich balsamic glaze with hints of garlic and herbs, perfectly balanced between tangy and sweet.


Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Lightly oil a baking dish.
  4. Place chicken in the dish and pour the mixture over it, coating well. Add rosemary on top.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes, basting occasionally, until the glaze thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
