- 6 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Lightly oil a baking dish.
- Place chicken in the dish and pour the mixture over it, coating well. Add rosemary on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes, basting occasionally, until the glaze thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
