Instructions
- Preheat oven: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare tomatoes: Slice Roma tomatoes in half lengthwise and place cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Season: Drizzle olive oil over tomatoes, sprinkle with rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until tomatoes are tender and slightly caramelized.
