Description

These Baked Crispy Cauliflower Florets are tender on the inside, golden and crunchy on the outside, and packed with savory flavor. A healthier twist on comfort food that’s perfect for snacking, sides, or adding to your favorite meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until coated evenly.
  3. Add breadcrumbs and grated parmesan to the bowl and toss again to coat each floret.
  4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
