- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until coated evenly.
- Add breadcrumbs and grated parmesan to the bowl and toss again to coat each floret.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
