- 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken thighs in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each piece of chicken. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and top is golden.
- Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
