- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish or individual ramekins.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheese and herbs on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until eggs are set and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
