- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken fillets
- 6 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Spread the filling evenly over each tortilla, then roll them tightly.
- Place the rolls seam side down in the baking dish.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
- Do not overfill the tortillas to keep them intact.
- Let the rolls rest for a few minutes before serving.
- You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for variation.
