Description

Soft and cheesy baked chicken rolls filled with a creamy, flavorful mixture, perfectly golden on the outside and irresistibly tender inside.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken fillets
  • 6 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over each tortilla, then roll them tightly.
  5. Place the rolls seam side down in the baking dish.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  9. Let cool slightly, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
  • Do not overfill the tortillas to keep them intact.
  • Let the rolls rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for variation.
