Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 46 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, Parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Arrange chicken thighs in the baking dish.
  4. Pour the Caesar-Parmesan mixture over the chicken, coating evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
  6. Optional: Broil for 2 minutes for a golden top.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture and flavor.
  • Let the chicken rest after baking to lock in juices.
  • Add mushrooms or spinach for a veggie boost.
