Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, Parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Arrange chicken thighs in the baking dish.
- Pour the Caesar-Parmesan mixture over the chicken, coating evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
- Optional: Broil for 2 minutes for a golden top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
