Instructions
- Cook the Macaroni: Start by boiling water in a large pot. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Assemble the Quesadilla: Take a tortilla and spread a generous amount of the mac and cheese mixture onto half of the tortilla. Fold the other half over to create a half-moon shape.
- Cook the Quesadilla: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before slicing.
