  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and let it heat for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pat the beef roast dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the entire roast, pressing gently so it adheres.
  5. Place the roast in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 360°F and continue cooking for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium rare.
  6. Remove the roast from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice thinly against the grain and serve warm.
