Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup, plus extra for topping
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
  3. Line your air fryer basket with foil or parchment and lightly grease it.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into a compact loaf and place it in the basket.
  5. Cook for 25 to 28 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Optional: Brush additional ketchup on top during the last 5 minutes for a glazed finish.
