Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup, plus extra for topping
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
- Line your air fryer basket with foil or parchment and lightly grease it.
- Shape the meat mixture into a compact loaf and place it in the basket.
- Cook for 25 to 28 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Optional: Brush additional ketchup on top during the last 5 minutes for a glazed finish.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Don’t overmix the meat mixture to keep the texture tender.
- For extra browning, poke holes in the foil to allow more air circulation.
- Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure doneness without drying it out.
