- Chicken Marinade:
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- Seasoned Butter:
- 100 g butter, softened
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Pinch of salt & black pepper
- Pinch of chili powder (optional)
- For Assembly:
- Naan bread
- Tzatziki sauce
- French fries (homemade or frozen)
- Red onion, diced
- Tomato, diced
- Cucumber, diced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chili flakes. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Let marinate for 10 minutes (or longer if time allows).
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place marinated chicken thighs in the basket and cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare seasoned butter by mixing softened butter with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
- Once chicken is cooked, brush lightly with seasoned butter for extra flavor. Slice into strips.
- Warm naan bread and spread with tzatziki sauce. Add sliced chicken, french fries, diced red onion, tomato, and cucumber.
- Fold into a wrap, serve immediately, and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Swap naan with pita bread for a more traditional gyro.
- Add feta cheese or olives for a Mediterranean twist.
